“The Iraqi Constitution: Analysis of the Controversial Articles. Solutions and Recommendations.” looks at the genesis and inception of the Constitution of Iraq from 2003-2005, with all its legacies and imperfections.
It compares the most contested articles of Iraq's Constitution to constitutions of other countries, to stress the need for a fundamental reform of the political, judicial and electoral system to harmonise political, societal and religious powers.
It also addresses the need to strengthen the relationship between citizens and the state, particularly since the voice of the Iraqi people being increasingly prominent since October 1st, 2019.

A story of a River - Comic book_0.pdf
This comic book is the result of an entire year of joint efforts as part of elbarlament’s dialogue programme Clean Tigris.

In three stories, the book raises awareness among children and adults alike, by telling the tale of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers in the Middle East. Modern-day Iraq is heavily affected by climate change. In particular, water scarcity and desertification threaten to accelerate political and cultural conflicts. To address this issue, women and men from different regions, social and ethnic backgrounds living and working along the Tigris and Euphrates rivers united behind the project “Clean Tigris – dialogue for sustainable peace in Mesopotamia”.
